Some basic guidelines for ab exercise

1. Contract your abdominal muscles

2. Remember to breathe

3. Keep a neutral spine by not arching your back too much

 

4. Don't pull on your neck

5. Keep your elbows out, not pulled forward

6. Use slow and controlled movements

7. Don't swing your legs

8. If you lose your form don't continue repetitions (take a break and start again)
