Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup whole grain flour of your choice 1 tablespoon baking powder 2 teaspoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 2/3 cup milk 2 tablespoons canola oil
Mix dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Add milk and oil. Mix until dough forms a ball as you stir. Dump dough onto lightly floured surface and knead lightly until combined. Press with your hands or roll dough with rolling pin to 1/4-1/2 inch thickness and cut into shapes. Place biscuits into greased baking dish. Bake in 450 oven for 10 minutes.

Ingredients: 1 cup warm water 2 teaspoons active dry yeast 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 1/2 cups to 3 cups of white flour (for whole grain crust try a mixture of white and whole grain flour) In a large mixing bowl combine yeast and sugar with warm water. Stir until yeast is dissolved. Let set until yeast is foamy, about 5 minutes. Add salt, oil and 2 1/2 cups of flour. Stir until combined and dough forms a ball. Dump dough onto floured board and knead until dough is no longer sticky. Add flour as needed.
