1 jar of Salsa Verde (16 oz size or so) one 4 oz can chopped green chilies 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast 14 oz black beans 14 oz white beans hot cooked rice (brown or wild)
Place salsa verde and green chilies in the crockpot. Add in cooked chicken and beans. Stir to mix. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8 hours. Serve over cooked rice. Add in fresh tortillas, green salad, chips and salsa to complete your meal.
