Ingredients:
one 15 oz can of pumpkin one large sweet potato cooked and mashed 2 tablespoons margarine 1/2 cup fat free milk (or evaporated milk for richer flavor) 3 eggs beaten 1–2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ginger 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Blend together with whisk or rotary beater until combined. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with no stick spray. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes or until set.
